Policy

Allergen notice:

All orders are prepared in a kitchen where nuts, sulphites and soya are handled. All of our baked products contain gluten, dairy and egg. We are happy to provide a full ingredient list for each product on request. Please drop us an email at admin@neniscakery.com, or speak to a member of staff in store for any questions or worries you may have.

Order modification/ Cancellation Policy:

Need to make a change to your order? Not a problem, but we will need at least 4 days notice for all changes. Please drop us an email at admin@neniscakery.com with your order number, and the name the order was placed under. We aim to answer all enquiries within a 24 hour period.

Orders cancelled 4 days or more in advance will receive a 75% refund, with the 25% remainder being deducted as an admin/reservation fee. We have a strict no refund policy for any orders cancelled less than 4 days before collection.

After pick-up:

We are more than happy to give advice on cake care and answer any questions you may have on keeping your cake fresh, and in good condition. Do not hesitate to contact us or ask a member of staff in store.

Please note that we do not hold any responsibility for damages to our goods once they have left our premises. As all of our baked goods are perishable, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once the order is picked up.

 

Creative license:

Please note that all of our products are completely handmade, so colours and design may vary slightly in real life, since no two cakes can ever be identical. All cakes are decorated with swiss meringue buttercream, so colours may naturally deepen or oxidise over time. For bespoke orders, we do not copy other cake artists' work identically, but can take inspiration, so please be mindful of this when sending over reference photos.
